Groin pulls can happen and there is no excuse to be lazy about drinking water and plenty of time for regrets if you did not hydrate and get one. Sports drinks are best to support you after practice or play.
About Equipment - Keep it clean With ugly things like Mrsa traveling schools etc. Spraying and wiping down equipment is very important. The spray or soap and water has to sit at least 3 minutes before wiping off, otherwise it has no time to kill germs! Showering after every practice and game day is another must.
